Due to the nature of NFTs and personalized wine production, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. NFT Sales Are Final
All Vazimora NFT purchases are non-refundable, whether through our official mint or secondary marketplaces. NFTs are unique digital assets tied to real-world vineyard experiences.

2. Wine & Experience Redemption
If you experience issues receiving your wine, visiting the vineyard, or accessing holder perks, please contact our team. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue or offer a suitable replacement.

3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:

There is a verifiable technical error during the mint process

You were charged but did not receive an NFT and can prove it within 7 days
